I feel the city of Memphis is not tracking these deadbeat fathers. I asked for help on several occasions. There needs to be a program designed to place these deadbeats, so Mothers can get what we need to support our children. One parent income is not enough. My children Father can get food stamps in this city, but I went to apply I was turned down before I warmed the seat. He does not file taxes, but he can receive food stamps. I think that is absolutely ridiculous. My view of Memphis Juvenile system is a big zero. Zero meaning not caring, and not helping.
